Jade Phillips - Owner & Manager
Jade has worked with children aged between 3 months and 10 years in a variety of settings since 2007. Jade gained her NVQ level 3 qualification in childcare through a nursery apprenticeship and is proud of her extensive knowledge and experience in childcare. Jade holds a current DBS, first aid certificate, has recently completed safeguarding training and attended a managment course.
Jade says "I have a great passion when it comes to working with children, I love to build trusting relationships between both child and parent. I enjoy helping children learn, teaching them new things, playing alongside them and watch them flourish in my care. Childcare is an extremely rewarding job, especially when a child calls you thier best friend! Each child goes home with a smile on thier face and returns happy the next day showing just how much they enjoy what we do"
